    • Refund & Return Policy

    • All BRYDIE products are made to order. Each item is created specifically for you once your purchase is placed, so our return guidelines are different from traditional retail stores.

    • We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, buyer’s remorse, color preference, or ordering the wrong item. Because every product is custom‑made, we cannot restock or resell returned items.

    • If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it or issue a refund. To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue along with your order number and email. You do not need to send the item back when it is defective.

    • If your package never arrives, we will verify the tracking information and send a replacement when appropriate.

    • To start a claim, email us at [your email] with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos if needed. We will review your message and resolve the situation promptly.

    • Because all items are custom‑made, we cannot accept returns for size issues, 

    • preference‑based reasons, or general dissatisfaction unrelated to defects.

    • Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Orders cannot be canceled once production has started, as items begin processing shortly after purchase.
