Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on product type and order volume. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the destination and the carrier. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

3. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number (if available) via email. Tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the carrier.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method. Any additional customs fees or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility for transit issues shifts to the carrier.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office. We are not responsible for packages lost after delivery is confirmed.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced.
